Claudio Costa, medical historian of the sport and its protagonists singer, wanted to honor the memory of Marco Simoncelli with a book that recounts the exploits of the rider from Romagna, putting them in the context of an entire sporting tradition. The book is divided into two parts. The first "Il sogno del dinosauro", revisited them in mystical feats of several riders and sports, united by the desire to push the boundaries of research, both personal and competitive, always new. The second, which gives the book its title, comes instead from the desire to tell "... the victory secret that Marco gives to all. The victory smile ... who does not want to surrender to death ...".
